Typical premier inn, staff friendly and value for money. Meal deal is always worth having. Excellent service from the adjoining pub. Highly recommended.

Good night stop for M5 although access route complicated. Acessible room was excellent as was reception staff. Adjacent Harvester also good.

Great location, lots on the doorstep, staff were helpful. Only complaint is that the air con wasn't the best and the rooms got very hot

Good location on the edge of Gloucester. Rooms are large and warm and staff were helpful. Nearby Tesco, Greggs, Costa for your fueling needs 🙂 I'd stay here again if I were in the area.

Excellent location, just off the M5 motorway, the staff were excellent and efficient, special thanks to Amy who went above and beyond. There is a bus stop straight outside that takes you into Gloucester approx every 20 mins. You can get a meal deal at reception for the Chef & Brewer next door, good choice of menu. Would definitely stay again on our journey down here in the future

Definitely one of Premier Inn's better establishments. Reasonable parking, nice rooms and clean. Staff members Jodie and Aziz were friendly and professional.

Only went here to do a trial gor a bride whose getting married in a couple of months. Room seemed nice, as did staff.
